The adjustable F range internal filters are based on the P range submersible pumps - their performance can be adjusted as well.

An intake pipe drawing the water through the fine mesh sponge is attached to the intake side of the pumps. The fine mesh sponge prevents larvae and juvenile fish being drawn in by the pump and at the same time removes fine particles from the water. A biologically active zone for the nitrifying bacteria forms within the sponge. Included suction cups are used for attaching.

The F 1200 includes additional connector pieces for water direction and a Venturi nozzle that can be used optionally.
